  • How can I order?
    You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the cart, log in, and go through the ordering process. You can get help from our HELP CENTER to know how you can place an order or a COD order. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
  • What information should I provide when ordering?
    Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you need to submit. Just read all the instructions and fill up all the details.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    You can use all the major debit/credit cards or you can choose COD (Cash On Delivery) with this payment method, customers can pay the billed amount by cash at the time of delivery or when they received the order from the delivery agent. ​Please go through the "How to place order" on the HELP CENTER for detail process. If you are a business customer, please share your GST details at customercare@thefurnishersonline.com We will send GST invoice with your order to avail GST benefits.
  • How do I change my delivery address?
    Sign in to your account and go to “My Account”. On “My Account” you can update your delivery address.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    We charge ₹50 rupees for shipping on orders below ₹999. And we offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. Sometime we run deals for Free Shipping on all orders. However, the offers are time limited. Please catch up with the live updates on deals.
  • How can I get a discount on bulk purchases?
    If you want to get benefits on bulk purchases just contact us by dropping an email to us at customercare@thefurnishersonline.com with your required product and quantity details. We will give you some attractive discounts on bulk purchases.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you want to cancel your order, please do so before 24 hours of placing your order. Please drop us an email at customercare@thefurnishersonline.com and drop us WhatsApp text message at +91 8826261056 to cancel your order.
  • What do I do if my chosen product is out of stock?
    If you are interested in any product that is out of stock, just let us know by sending us an email to customercare@thefurnishersonline.com . We will notify you once that product is back in stock.

  • Can I return a product?
    Yes you can. It is an easy process, if you want to return a product, please go through Return & Refund Help Page on HELP CENTER
  • Can I exchange a product?
    Yes you can. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you received your refund money back, make a separate purchase for the new item you want as exchange.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, we will send you the Order Delivery Tracking Number (ODTN) of the shipment when the parcel has been sent to you. When the order is confirmed the ODTN will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the purchase.
