Refund Policy

 How to Return a Product 

Eligibility :
 

You may request a return or exchange in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different product delivered to you or should you wish to return or exchange the product for any other reason, you can initiate the return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for full refund or exchange. 
 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@thefurnishersonline.com Please note that returns will need to be handed over to our delivery partner executive in original condition. 

After receiving the return product, a refund  amount will be initiated within 24 hours to the customer's provided account details. Refund amount will be credited to your account within 2 to 10 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product with another product is to return the item you want to exchange, and once the return is accepted and you received your refund money back, make a separate purchase for the new item.
