How can I cancel the placed order?
For cancellation of your placed order you can reach out to us immediately and maximum within 24 hours of placing an order at customercare@thefurnishersonline.com We will cancel the order immediately and initiate a refund amount to your account in case of online payment. For COD orders only cancellation will be done. After 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation will be done.

How can I return or refund the order?

For return or refund your order you can contact us using any of the following methods within 7 days of receiving the package.

What are the terms of successful return or exchange?

Please keep the item in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with brand Tags, MRP tags intact and in original condition as in The Furnishers packaging for a successful return or exchange pick-up.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged item?

Exchange and Replacements are done if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

When will I get my exchange product?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you received your refund money back, make a separate purchase for the new item as exchange.

When will I get the refund amount?

After receiving the return product, a refund  amount will be initiated within 24 hours to the customer's provided account details. Refund amount will be credited to your account within 2 to 10 working days.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
